Although we can do much of our IT service work remotely, we believe it’s best to be onsite frequently, as we can build a stronger relationship face-to-face, as well as take care of things that come up while we are at your location.
We don’t charge travel time. There’s just a one-hour minimum for onsite visits.
We monitor your servers and workstations 24/7, and are alerted to problems ahead of time.
